A Balanced Perspective

No company is perfect. Here's what some customers have mentioned as areas for improvement:

  • Peak Season Delays: During very cold spells, delivery times can extend. We try to manage expectations but demand sometimes exceeds capacity.
  • Minimum Order: Our 500-litre minimum doesn't suit everyone. We're exploring options for smaller orders but haven't found a cost-effective solution yet.
  • Weekend Availability: We only operate Saturday mornings. Some customers would prefer Sunday availability, which we're considering.
